The staff was perfect. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They were very professional. Dr. Gancayco was very good, thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable and showed concern for me.
The staff was very professional and nice. Dr. Gancayco is an outstanding gastroenterologist. I was pleased the quality his of work and exceptional bedside manner. I highly recommend.
Had a colonoscopy with Dr. Gancayco. It was painless and quick I do not remember anything that happened lol which is good 😊 the prep was not that bad. For my first time I was nervous and once it was done I was ready to get some food. Staff at the Toepperwein were all very professional and sweet.
Assistant personnel were courteous and helpful, and Dr Gancayco was timely and thorough with his assessment and explanation of future treatment. He was receptive to questions and readily answered my concerns and explained why he recommended the examinations and treatment as done.
My check in appointment was at 7am. Took 5 minutes to complete, then I had to sit and wait. Suggest changing to 15 or 30 minutes before procedure time. Then procedure time was 8am but I wasn’t called until 8:25am and only to check my bp and weight—Had to sit and wait until a bed was ready. Another 30 minutes! No explanations of why procedure time was delayed. Recommend changing check in time to a shorter time before procedure time. Also, keep the patient informed if you are not going to be on time.
