Unprofessional. The worst agency to work with. Their lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. Replies, answers, transparency, you'll never get from anyone in this agency. Save yourself the aggravation, stay away. For the record, agent Alyssa seems to be the worst one there, extremely unreliable.

I have a property in Florida where some repairs were needed in order to maintain coverage with John Gault. I almost lost my sleep over it; had it not been for Mr. Corey Opper;; my Insurance Agent. Google has only 5 stars for them when it should have a million. Corey was very patient; highly efficient; communicative to a fault; and watching out for me. I am so relieved that there is hope for America where clients are still considered as family.
