Dr Gallen is arrogant and practices medicine like a dictator. He has no tact and when I tried to explain how lower level thyroid doses affects my neuromuscular disorder and my pain levels he literally said "you look fine to me". I could barely walk coming in but sitting down I looked fine to him. If I could give negative stars I would.
If you are referred to Dr. Gallen, find another doctor. Management should video record his interactions with patients. I'm sure they would be interested to see how he talks to them.
