I did not find DR.GALLEN to be arrogant or uncaring at any of the many appointments I have had with him. He has always been courteous and attentive to my needs. I'm sorry I can not agree with what has been said. Should anything changes I will certainly post it. You mave may have mistaken has quietness for arrogance or not understanding you. Please reconsider your position.
Dr Gallen is arrogant and practices medicine like a dictator. He has no tact and when I tried to explain how lower level thyroid doses affects my neuromuscular disorder and my pain levels he literally said "you look fine to me". I could barely walk coming in but sitting down I looked fine to him. If I could give negative stars I would.
