Just prior to us leaving on a trip in the morning I realized our hot water tank was leaking. I called John G. Plumbing and they were immediately able to put a plan in place and I had a new hot water tank installed by lunch. I was blown away by the speedy and expert service. They also took my old tank away. Saved the day!

I was very disappointed with a recent service call for a running toilet…The service person replaced a part saying it was faulty,..the toilet was quiet for 9 mins,..so he left…15 mins after he left it was running again…I called the office and the same fellow came back a few days later,..saying he had to charge me again,..I called the office and was told yes of course I had to Be charged as it could be something else,..the plumber said he had a variety of ideas he googled as to what he could try…He continued to tinker with the... read more

I looked for a month for a plumber. All were late to answer back and changed qoutes from original. I was frustrated! Then I read an ad by John G Plumbing. I called they answered and made an appointment for a week away due to my prior commitments. John showed up on time and after his daily work was done. He looked at what I wanted done. We called John G. Plumbing to explain that we had a leak coming from the pipes embedded in our concrete slab. We found out that we had to reroute the water lines and the next day, Richie and John showed up giving us a full explanation what needed to be done as well as a quote and stayed on budget.
