Absolutely the worst phone system I have ever used. Repeated messages went unanswered and when they finally responded it was regarding the wrong information. I have left repeated requests to speak with the practice manager regarding the system; however, I have not received any response.
I had a 11:30 appointment but wasn’t called for 25 minutes to see a nurse. She was good and efficient. The doctor was informative.
