Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any business in the Albany County area. I brought in a piece back in May, and it took them almost two weeks just to provide a quote. Once I finally got the price and agreed to it, I was told it would be handled—this was on April 2nd. From that point on: silence. I had to call over three months later, on July 11th, just to get an update. I was told it would be another 9–12 days, along with a bunch of excuses. I have dealt with John for decades. Always pleased with both purchases and repairs. He has an excellent eye for design. Will be going there again when they open on Tuesday.
