I just read the negative review of Frazer Engineering and feel compelled to respond. I've been a General Contractor in Santa Cruz for 30 years. Over the years I've worked with dozens of Structural Engineers, John Frazer being one of them who I've worked with numerous times. I have never had any issues with John or his work. Quite frankly, he knows his stuff and is a good engineer.
This company is useless. They do not have enough project for their workers so they go around new construction and submit false claims to the city hoping to attract new projects. If there's one good thing from this company is the unrelentless in making these false claims and calculations, even after all have been disputed and dismissed by the city. Do you really want to hire a company where they are willing to trespass and ruin another company just because they are not able to get these project themselves?
