This is the second experience for our family members. The other was on a different section but the experience was the same. The nurses were excellent. Very attentive, they were there 5- 10mins of the buzzer going and apologising if it took a little longer. Their patient (my family member) was a little high maintenance but they handled it with kindness and professionalism.
