After being referred to Dr Ben Allen of Gastrocare Gold Coast his office funnelled me into the costly private system despite being informed that I had no health insurance. They neglected to follow the correct protocols to have me seen in the public system, giving me the option of waiting many months for a procedure that had to be done urgently or paying privately. My experience with Dr Ben Allen was exceptional. He was engaged, attentive and informative. A good listener and easy to relate to. He is a caring and trustworthy doctor.
