Been upset today. Hubby went into surgery 4 hours ago and heard nothing. Had to ring twice for the missing hubby. Please improve communications to worried relatives
Have been charged $4347.00 for an overnight stay when I was only in there for a few hours. No trying to get the money refunded has been one of the most difficult processes i have been throught. Quick to take your money but not quick to return
