I attended the Emergency department with an infection my Dr had sent me for IV antibiotics. The Dr I was allocated was very confident that a different Antibiotic would work. While she went to get the Antibiotics i was moved out of the Dr area to the waiting room twice, with no care for how ill I was feeling. Then a nurse came out and administered the first antibiotic this was supposed to be with food in the waiting room and only water was offered. Wonderful hospital. Excellent doctors.
Recently had a great experience going through emergency here. All staff were super personable and helpful- listened to all concerns and showed a genuine care and interest. Nurse Rebecca in emergency was exceptional along with nurse Charlotte in ward 3B.
We had an awesome experience in the emergency department with Dr Mel and all nursing staff. We then went to the paediatrics ward for 2 nights and the staff and Doctor Steve were absolutely hands down the best for our 3 year old daughter who was really sick after tonsillectomy done by an ENT in Brisbane. Couldn’t fault anything, we had the best experience at this hospital.
