Recently had a great experience going through emergency here. All staff were super personable and helpful- listened to all concerns and showed a genuine care and interest. Nurse Rebecca in emergency was exceptional along with nurse Charlotte in ward 3B.
We had an awesome experience in the emergency department with Dr Mel and all nursing staff. We then went to the paediatrics ward for 2 nights and the staff and Doctor Steve were absolutely hands down the best for our 3 year old daughter who was really sick after tonsillectomy done by an ENT in Brisbane. Couldn’t fault anything, we had the best experience at this hospital.
I couldn’t be more thankful for this hospital, We are very lucky to have such a brilliant service close by. Emergency has always been excellent with great staff and doctors Maternity have us the absolute best experience with the birth of our daughters two years apart. Both Dr Geoff Truman and the midwife’s were absolutely amazing! So much help 24/7 for my wife and I will always be so grateful. Received exceptional service at this hospital. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Staff seemed to be happy. Was treated in the emergency department and then as an in patient. Would highly recommend.
Not a private hospital experience at all unfortunately. The parking or lack thereof at this hospital is atrocious. My planned and booked surgery was pushed back to the end of the day because the surgeon was clearly doing too many other patients. That should not be a patients problem. This is my health and I pay for top hospital cover and treatment. I have paid private health insurance for 40 years and I expect private hospital treatment. I cancelled my procedure and I will go elsewhere.
