I’m not a patient and I’m sure your cardiologists are very good. My complaint is with one snooty little miss on reception, last Thursday. I was looking for my cardiologist and went to your surgery by mistake. I asked for my doctor by name and was snapped at NO! I then asked if there were any other cardiologist offices in the medical centre, snapped again NO! Then asked if she had heard of him, NO!
