Went in for a stress test. Greeted by polite staff on reception. Efficient, polite, excellent service. Thank you Lisa, Kelly, Paris, Bianca and Dr Nasir. Keep up the good work. Cardiac Centre have nothing on you.
Staff were professional and friendly. Dr Franklin explained my condition in easy to understand terms and was polite and cordial.
Seriously the staff here are awful. Carl and Debbie both have the personality of an A4 piece of paper. Robotic responses, not 1 smile and acknowledging anyone seems like it's all to much or beneath them.The receptionist, who fails to answer the phone, upon mentioning how rude the other 2 were didn't even try to apologise in fact he also stared blankly like the others. Honestly these people need to go home and have a long hard think as to if working in this industry is really suited to them. Maybe Aldi might be more suitable.... read more
