The hype is real. John's detailed knowledge of anatomy and focus on deep release, knowing how the body works, was the best massage I can recall ever having for my poor, petrified neck muscles. I'll be going back as soon as I can.
It might have been the best massage of my life. John used a variety of different techniques to create the perfect relaxing experience. I highly recommend.

John is a phenomenal massage therapist! I can’t recommend him enough. He knows what he is doing and is a pleasure to work with.
John provided not just massage, but serious body work - this was not your standard lay-on-the-table-and-listen-to-music-for-an-hour massage. This was a Particpation Required Body Work session. My body is a train wreck and after only one session, I feel so much better. I plan to return regularly to fix what can be fixed and maintain thereafter.
