I’m sorry but I this time can only give one star and need someone to contact me. On the 18th of June I presented to ED in the evening. I explained I had horrible stomach pains, heavy bleeding and I passed out in my kitchen hurting my shoulder badly and my chest is.. The head nurse ( won’t name her) took about 25 minutes before she even triaged me. No one checked on me. The pain was unbelievable. I had a very excellent experience. Was in for 3 days. Wonderful caring nursing staff. Doctors anestigiologist excellent. Wish all experiences were like that. Very happy Just lovely caring people all round. Care was top notch. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of being looked after by a young nurse in Tuesday by the name of Nelly in day surgery. She makes you feel comfortable and put you at ease for the surgery. She went above and beyond to help me through the day. She is one amazing nurse .
I have to say, this hospital was amazing from start to finish. I had some major chest pains and the staff were exceptional in terms of care, from Elizabeth and James at the front desk, to Dr Karim and his team, they looked after me in such a wonderful and caring way and so thorough in their overall approach. Credit to all of you guys and more importantly, thank you.
