The mortgage process never ends (in a good way) when you work with the dynamic duo: John & Lily! A couple years ago, they helped us lock in our first home and mortgage, but more importantly they took the time to educate us on every step of the process. Fast forward to December 2025 and the process started again with a refinance and they were just as fantastic! If you want to work with people who care and who will look out for you even after you've signed the final paperwork, then John & Lily are the team to call!
We just completed our third mortgage loan from US Bank working with John Farrell and Lily Pena, and once again the whole process was easy and without any problems. We are retired and that limits where we can get credit. John and Lily researched possibilities for us, and they came up with a solution that satisfied our circumstances perfectly.
