John did the appraisal on our house that we sold in Tuscola. Our house was built in 2019 in a quiet neighborhood. We had a previous appraisal done on our home a couple months before his was done, and when John came back with his appraised value, he came in $35K less than the previous appraisal. John also displayed a lack of respect of our timeline and caused us to push out closing back a week because he wouldn't get his appraisal in to the lender in a timely manner.
