This is the best doctor so far I have had. And I am finally satisfied with him. He knows his job. And I'm not going anywhere else. He is my doctor 😊
Very disappointed with Dr Falatko. Dr Falatko does not respond to your questions via my chart he has a staff member respond. They always request you make an appointment to go into the office or they will not refill a prescription or answer questions you may have. They don’t provide office hours for working people. Three thirty in the afternoon should not be considered an unreasonable time of day for an appointment. I encouraged my friend Marc to see Dr Falatko. Marc would not trust doctors in general for years. But after seeing Dr Falatko he has changed his belief. Marc was more than impressed with his treatment. He trusts Dr Falatko and does not hesitate to see him as he would have in the past. Difficulties getting appointments nowadays with any doctor is pretty much normal. But Marc is willing to be patient and see him when he can.
Doctor Falatko has been my doctor for 2 1/2 years. He always listens to my concerns and explains thing well before I leave my visit. I have contacted him often over "My Chart" and he has always taken care of my requests. I would recommend him to any new residents of Fort Wayne.
