Ripped off I could not agree more. The head guy in this company cares nothing about the tenant base and is only concerned with ripping as much money from the tenants as possible. Apparently $75.00 dollars was not enough of a penalty for late payments in this time when things are tough for people. They had to take it up another $25.00 to further rip you off and I truly believe that they dont want you to be able to pay it on time so that can extort more money from you by taking you to court and charging you even more money. Cheap These guys only care about the short-term profit. Customer satisfaction is only a catch phrase to them. These people are very hard to work with and if there is a problem they will only go with the short-term fix.
