Update: 1/30/25 It’s been two years and I’m learning that I’m still legally married. This practice consistently failed to file documentation to courts. I am currently waiting on reimbursement of filing fees. I have been waiting for a couple thousand dollar retainer to be sent back to me. After the few times I got ahold of someone, I never got an answer as to what is going on. Now they don't even answer or call back. I can only assume I have to call the bar association at this point.
