Erin Reud one of the agents at this company lied a out are claim when our stove blow out. She told us all we had to do was take pictures of stove not working and they would send check. We talk to adjuster and they said we would be without stove for another week. The adjuster was not the one that was going to look at it. I am a diabetic and could not be without a stove for 2 weeks do not recommend . She is young and not knowledgeable about this the adjustersname is maybe the a.
