Everyone in this office is incompetent. They never answer the phone, they are rude and nothing ever gets done. Useless....
I have a lot of confidence in Dr Rothar. His attention to detail is important to me and really cares about my health and wellbeing. Dr Rothar takes whatever amount of time you need and you never feel rushed. 5 stars is well-deserved!

Amazing Doctor and a very kind human being.
Used to like this place. Sold to Optum and it's been horrible. Have a cough with yellow phlem, asked for a prescription for antibodic or squeeze me in for an emergency appointment 2 days in a roll so I can get such prescription. No one bothers to call me back. Edit: Finally got an appointment after 3 calls to this horrible call center. Next Tues so I prescribe antibiotics for this cough that I have now. Supposedly the doc responded to the email to the call center that I need to do a covid screening, but no one bother to call... read more
