Excellent gastroenterologist, knowledgeable, empathetic, explained everything clearly and thoroughly
Dr. Riopelle has been 2nd to none when it comes to his care concern and treatment for my illness. His staff has been as well both in creating comfort and explaining every step of the way. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Dr. Riopelle for he concerns her with my situation and no question is left unanswered for her.
He was very good and helped put me at ease. His nurses were really putting me at ease before the pocedure. Thank you to Kirsten ,Veronica and Deb!
Dr. Riopelle was excellent. He reviewed with me the previous colonoscopies I had., explained the procedure and after procedure informed and showed me what was found. Dr. Riopelle and nursing staff made me very comfortable and at ease with procedure.

Dr. John Riopelle was exceptional, as was his facility and staff. Since I work in the field of customer (patient) service/experience, my antennae is always up... From the efficiency of the check-in kiosk to the friendliness of the 3rd floor receptionist to the cleanliness of the (well stocked) restroom and (thoughtfully appointed) waiting area, an excellent first impression was formed. Dr. Riopelle and his staff were utterly competent. The procedure was painless and effortless for me. Perfect!

Excellent doctor! Brought my son to Dr. John Riopelle with some complicated issues due to a recent surgery plus he has a disability and Dr. Riopelle dedicated all the time needed, ordered all the necessary tests and he was very respectful and caring. I will highly recommend him.
