Dr Prater is an excellent doctor who takes time to carefully describe any course of action that is planned. He effectively uses AI to keep aware of my personal history and work to help me maintain the best possible health. I never felt rushed at any of my appointments.
My husband and I have been patients of this practice for over 20 years. When Dr. Glueck retired, our new physician became Dr. John F Prater. We both think very highly of him, the nurses and staff that we have encountered and the care and services that we received.
Staff is rude and condensing. They don't ever answer the phone. Appointments are few and far between. Worse practice in all of LVHN.
