Not a transgender friendly surgeon does not care about patients has a really bad attitude definitely do not recommend also lies to patients makes promises he doesn't keep by far worst surgeon I ever met all my transgender friends I have told them don't bother and go to Boston where the surgeons are friendly
Dr Nigriny is the worst Dr I have ever had the pleasure of meeting... He discriminated against me and lied to me... When I brought this issue up to staff they literally apologized for him lying and he received no punishment for his behavior.... He doesn't even deserve one star, but unfortunately Google won't let you leave a review without having at least one star.... Is really rude to patients, and expects us to trust him blindly when he has not given us any reason to. Your patient Dr relationship is vital.
Did a great job on my botox and filler. Told him just to take the edge off and he did. Botox lasted a long time. I never looked "done".
Great surgeon and great staff. Straight shooter, he'll get right to the point with you. He did my top surgery and will most likely do my vaginoplasty also. Cant say enough about his work.
