Great Dr . Loads of compassion and patience! A very smart and insightful man!
After my husband was treated at another area hospital twice, we had to call the rescue squad to come get him 2 days after his last release we went to The Riverside Doctors Hospital in Williamsburg. There they did a bone marrow biopsy and found he had Leukemia and sent him to UVA. Thank God for a Dr. that took time to find out what was wrong with my husband!
My dad was in the hospital for 3 weeks after completing his treatments. Dr. Miller’s personality is fine, but the coordination of care with the hospital is horrific, even though their computer systems are linked. My dad was admitted to a floor where every nurse said “We don’t treat patients like this”, messages to the doctor’s office were never returned, and Dr. Miller’s partners never once saw my Dad while he was out of town.
