It would help if they answered the phone! First time I called I got "this line is busy". Then, second time I got "all representatives are busy", and I was on hold for an hour. I ended up hanging up. At least answer and say "can you please hold".
Very personable and friendly. Loved how he listened and gave solutions. Thumbs up!
What a poorly run place. Saw Dr McKenzie once. Nothing special. Took 9 months to get another appt. my husband has an issue so I asked if he could take my appt and they said no they can’t switch appts. So I cancelled knowing they will now just call someone else so obviously they CAN switch appts. I was assigned to a nurse anyway so I will now go to Phoenix where they have actual doctors and hopefully people who know how to run an office Good luck getting seen in 2025. You can die from cancer waiting for this place
