John was super unprofessional and rarely available for questions. He is snarky and rude. Almost impossible can get past Nancy at front desk to get to anyone that will answer actual tax questions. His comments were beyond unprofessional to me . I drew the line when he suggested I need to get a sugar daddy. I am a professional with two businesses. Never is it appropriate to say something like to a woman. I will not go back next year.
