So glad for a hospital here.
My father has been at JFK since Wednesday and has had the same nurse (Mario in the COVID unit) for 3 days straight. He’s so insensitive and rude every time we ask questions or try to get an updated - He seems bothered, I understand that he has more patients but he should try to understand how frustrating it is for family members to get information on their loved ones.
