Had gone to Urgent Care since I got shocked at work with 277v high voltage and everyone who knows Electrical and HEALTHCARE knows that it stays inside you and can cause a heart attack out of no where, or damage organs. I had my daughter here in 2021. My doctor was wonderful (Emily Rekuc), but the nurse assigned to me during labor was terrible. Earlier that day, I was admitted because I was a month early and having complications. They ended up releasing me, but later that night I had to come back with horrible contractions. Instead of taking me seriously, the nurse dismissed me and barely checked on me. I had to keep calling her in instead of her making sure everything was okay. Had an outpatient surgery yesterday and I was extremely nervous. the staff was amazing... each staff member, nurse, dr, anesthesiologist I spoke with was so kind and understanding. they were all so humble and amazing. i was really nervous after reading the reviews on here, but everyone was great.
Absolutely awful place the emergency room staff is the worst customer service I have ever experienced they literally give you horrible completely disrespectful attitude and couldn't care less about you. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT ACTUAL CARE. I'm completely disgusted
I had my surgery here August 16 with my obgyn Dr. Emily a Myectomy surgery , the whole staff that worked was great the nurses / CNAs all stay there, was warm and welcoming , supportive, they treated me with kindness and respect and professionalism it was over all just a great experience, my surgery was a success because of them! and I am blessed to have had my surgery with such a great team. Also the hospital food was not all that bad as well, I would recommend this hospital.
