Has been my dentist since I effectively HAD teeth. Dr. Jay is affable, attentive, and knows his stuff. The hygenists are courteous and effective, front of house staff are pleasant. Oral care is important for one's life and I trust this team enough to travel from Portland for my routine needs.
Horrible experience. Mouthgaurds will take over 6 months to be fitted. Doctor is not responsive to patients needs or takes on more responsibility than he can handle which drags out wait times. DO NOT RECCOMEND.
Called with an emergency toothache on January 22 and was told they couldn’t see me until March!
