I’ve seen Dr. Escolas for the last 8+ years and haven’t had any issues with him until recently I’ve had some health issues arise over the last year. After waiting the 3 months it took to get in to see him I voiced my symptoms to him and he was quick to get me an ultrasound, ended up having to get a repeat 6 months later. He never called me to review any of the results. I had to call the office 3 times AND send a message on mychart to have him put an order in for an MRI per the ultrasound results I read on mychart on my own. ... read more
I have nothing but praise for Dr. Escolas! He is an excellent listener. He gives you undivided attention. He makess you feel comfortable and like an equal. But what I appreciate the most is, as a caregiver of a 90 year old, he gives him the dignity of talking directly to him instead of me, while also making sure to acknowledge me as well. It would be easier and faster for him to just deal with me but he takes the time to make him feel noticed and included.
