My son was satisfied with his experience over a year ago.
Dr. Engel is amazing! I love when you find a doctor who truly listens to their patients and makes them feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Moreover, I found it very reassuring that Dr. Engel took into account my comfort level. His wisdom and professionalism are unparalleled in my opinion. Dental surgery can be a very stressful process, but I fully trusted Dr. Engel with my care. This was the worst if the worst out patient procedure in my life.!!! I was wondering did I say or do something wrong? I felt lesser then asnd scolded after saying over and over please stop, and it was told to I have to be still and stop moving!!! Quote unqote over and over until I said please, Stop!!! Well they seem like a great place. But here's why the 1 star. Keeping this short.... Skinny, white, black haired nurse or assistant that went over consent forms with us. Said no to pills (norco). It's the block or nothing because of opioid crisis. So had no choice and maybe the reason for my facial damage. By the way after my surgery I was given a bottle of norco. Wow!
