Professional service. I recommend
I've been a loyal Elway Cadi Service customer for six years - since the car was new. But the last service resulted in damage to the front of my car after the radiator and thermostat were replaced. Dan Hugg, the service manager is 'on it' and acknowledges that the car didn't come in with damage (standard video practice) and they will take care of it and give me a loaner to drive while their body shop (not an outsourced repair which is appreciated) fixes it so the repair is done right. I’m blown away by the service staff, not just Dan or the head service gentlemen Dan, but everyone in that service office. I’m been buying Escalades since 2005 and this is by far the best and first class service I’ve ever dealt with.
