Maintenance check
Been dealing with Rifat since we started bringing are Cadillacs here for service about a year ago. Rifat is always so professional and helpful. We know he is going to go out of his way to make sure we are taken care of during our appointments.
Had a problem with the rear window defroster cables and asked for them to be reattached. The glue didn’t work on one side and the cable fell off on my drive home. Brought it back a few days later and it fell off again. Called and spoke to an advisor who said I could bring it back on Saturday. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told they didn’t have anybody to fix it and I would have to come back on Monday through Thursday. For this issue I would give them one star but for other work 5 stars
I've been a loyal Elway Cadi Service customer for six years - since the car was new. But the last service resulted in damage to the front of my car after the radiator and thermostat were replaced. Dan Hugg, the service manager is 'on it' and acknowledges that the car didn't come in with damage (standard video practice) and they will take care of it and give me a loaner to drive while their body shop (not an outsourced repair which is appreciated) fixes it so the repair is done right.
