Unethical and Deceptive – Buyers Beware Absolutely appalled by the unethical behaviour of this agent. We were clearly told our offer was accepted verbally and the property was under offer with us pending paperwork as conveyancer are busy. We stopped looking elsewhere and began preparing for the next steps — only to be informed 2 days later that the property was sold to someone else for a higher offer.
