John is the real deal, provided professional assistance and advice on an automatic transmission service and potential repair on my Merc. I left the car with him after the car was deemed undrivable. He came to the workshop on a Sunday to help. Within 2 days he had the issue fixed without considerable expense, and the car back on the road. He even picked me up at the station when I travelled back to pick the car up. Thanks again John and Kim! Really appreciate your help.
