John Edwards is hands down one of the best agents/brokers out there. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process of buying our first home. He allows us to perform the home inspection without rushing the process, which is a major benefit to the buyers. John was our realtor who helped us purchase our first co-op. He showed us various properties and never rushed or pressured us into anything. John made sure that our closing process went smoothly and referred us to a great mortgage broker and attorney. His assistant, Lisa, was also an absolute rockstar! We couldn’t have been luckier to end up with such a great team.
Terrible stay away from this place. My realtor showed me an apartment with them. I gave all my sensitive personal information and applied. My realtor reached out to them several times. They gave him the runaround. He just wanted a yes or no answer. Which to this day we have not received. This is a very unprofessional real estate agency. My suggestion is for everyone to stay away from this place.
