Staff here is beyond unprofessional, short, and rude. The PA for John Nolan comes in the room high and mighty and if you have a question she gets an attitude. The medical assistants there are horrible and rude and give the wrong information so you're doing the run around. They didn't get me a mri with contrast like the radiologist suggested, so they don't actual know if I need surgery or not and they took off my cast and put a brace. My thumb is in pain with every movement and the PA told me that's normal.
Horrible experience. My appointment was rescheduled by someone who was not authorized to make or change appointments. The staff was incompetent, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with the front office manager, I was given the runaround. I was told they didn’t know where she was and that they would “text her.” No follow-up, no accountability, and no sense of urgency. Overall, a complete lack of professionalism and basic consideration.
Dr. Nolan is wonderful, knowledgeable and very sympathetic. Explained the process with me and my daughter and answered any questions. Would highly recommend him.
My son had a hand injury and was referred here, and I've been watching them nickel and dime us ever since. Sent us for an MRI, told us it was covered but they only meant partially still hit us with a $900 bill. When the results came back saying there were no signs of the injury they were looking for... they waited three weeks and then told us we needed to come in for an office visit (and another copay!) for them to deliver that news. May be a good doctor if you're actually injured, but the practice is shady.
Dr. Nolan is incredible. He's extremely professional. His team is amazing. This is my second hand surgery with him and everything went fantastic. I highly recommend him he is incredible thank you Dr. Nolan and all your staff.
