I understand "cash only" policies, but when a bill is $250 and you are dropped off by Uber with $247 in cash, not knowing that policy, explain that you didn't know the policy and ask if you can either pay the remaining $3 with a card or ask if you can drive your vehicle to an ATM to come back and pay the remaindeing $3 to avoid spending an additional $30 on another Uber, you would think that they would work with you or not worry about the $3 at all.
