Very strange, they put me in the chair and gave me an exam which determined further work was necessary. So they bring in a credit card reader and collect it while you are sitting there in the examination chair. I thought this was very unprofessional. I had a biopsy on some tissue that may have been cancerous and I never heard back from him about the results. They just sent the lab results which of course are in medical jargon, so you don't really understand it all.
i don’t write reviews but i’m compelled to say i got 4 wisdom teeth out and they were all causing pain and so i finally decided to take them out and was worried for price but price wasn’t to bad it was 1,800 for all 4 including anesthesia my insurances covered $1000. i only had to wait 2 weeks after the first visit and i was nervous but all the workers there were super nice and considerate. the doctor had a super relaxed and gentle voice and for the iv he only poked twice considering my veins don’t pop out a lot, which wasn’... read more
Only giving 2 stars b/c my dentist said Villano did a technically good job on the implant. Otherwise, I’d personally give him only 1 star due to: 1) poor bedside manners (+ the last visit he was abhorrent!) 2) apparent indifference about desire to inform his patients about pertinent info re: post-op implant care 3) and blaming his patient for HIS shortfall re: instructions in “2)” . 4) Appalling lack of compassion/genuine care for his patient writhing in OBVIOUSLY EXCRUCIATING PAIN for TEN MINUTES! Removed my tonsils in 2019, left a root and didn’t say anything. Kept going back in pain and told me to wait it out until he sent me OHSU to get a jaw surgery may of 2021 to remove the last bit of the root, have a metal plate and the nerve damage is permanent. When I asked for my chart notes they sent me them and stated I never talked about pain! Then when I tried to get my file they never sent. Tried to sue, but too much time had passed.
