I have seen Dr. Czubatyj for many years, and he is excellent. In recent years my care has been transitioned over to Tony Brady (PA-C). Initially, I was hesitant, as really good rheumatologist aren’t easy to find. My hesitation was unwarranted! Tony is very knowledgeable, kind and diligent. He listens to concerns, and allows me to be a part of the decisions for my care. He makes my options clear, and I feel heard. I am so happy with this place! They are so efficient and really listen. I am new to the practice having transferred from Rochester Rheumatology on Barclay Circle. The staff is so supportive and responsive. I highly recommend them.

If I could zero stars, I would. As a Physician Associate (PA) since 1996, I am appalled at how I was treated. I was diagnosed 40 years ago with JRA and have been seeing Rheumatologists my whole life. I called to make an appointment as a new patient and they refused to see me without a " doctor referral with a diagnosis". I have blue cross PPO and don't need an insurance referral. "Its our office policy" they said. I explained my rheumatologist retired and I need a new doctor. Nope, without some random "doctor" referral, they... read more

I've been trying unsuccessfully for two days to get a human to even answer the phone. I may as well be calling a random payphone someplace for all the good it does. Does anyone work here?
