If I could zero stars, I would. As a Physician Associate (PA) since 1996, I am appalled at how I was treated. I was diagnosed 40 years ago with JRA and have been seeing Rheumatologists my whole life. I called to make an appointment as a new patient and they refused to see me without a " doctor referral with a diagnosis". I have blue cross PPO and don't need an insurance referral. I've been trying unsuccessfully for two days to get a human to even answer the phone. I may as well be calling a random payphone someplace for all the good it does. Does anyone work here?
Tony is my guy! You can tell his mother raised him right very caring and empathetic both he and Dr. Czubatyj have given me my life back at 43. Great friendly staff and I highly recommend this office.
