The organization was extremely well organized and very professional. Dr. Sylvester explained the diagnosis and go forward plan in such a way to help make decisions and eliminate unwarranted fears. The entire staff was on top of all the details for the processes and treatment and were a great support at every step. The radiation staff provided a confidential approach and showed great empathy throughout the treatment. They went out of their way to accommodate changes in scheduled treatments.

Dr. Sylvester and his entire team at Lakewood Ranch Genesis Care are top shelf. From the receptionist at the front desk to the radiation techs to the the staff in the office area and on to Dr Sylvester himself I couldn't ask for a better crew.
Dr. Sylvester is one of the most caring physician that I have dealt with. He is very certeous, very professional while being friendly and is very knowledgeable about his specialty. Each member of his staff is like a happy family and is very respectful. I highly recommend his practice.
