Dr. Smith always felt like he was rushing me out each time I had an appointment with him. He confused me with other patients suggesting treatments for someone with lung cancer. I have stage 4 colorectal cancer. The last time my cancer metastatisized, his suggestion was to go on chemo indefinitely. When I wanted to find a second opinion, he tried to convince me not to because MSK doesn't share treatment info with other hospitals even if they were my best chances for survival. I was so impressed with the caring and concerned for my welfare by Dr. Smith. He explained everything in detail and procedures needed. He and his staff are gracious professional and helpful . Very satisfied with all.
He was flexible and a good communicator plus the staff is very nice!
Very helpful, patient staff and physician. Takes interest in all questions and care is a priority. Very pleased with this office.
