Dr. Piatt is the worst family Doctor I have ever had. He is not able to answer my questions as to why my neuropathy has increased during the past 7 years even though my blood sugar (as measured by A1C readings) has decreased during the same time. His only answer is to suggest I drive 4 hours to John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore for a second opinion. Although I have taken all the medicine that Dr. Piatt has prescribed, my nerve damage from adult onset diabetes has increased since I have been under Dr. Piatt's care.

Disapointment He was condescending, firstly & foremost. I felt like a child being scolded by my parents. He argued with me about my medical history, while sitting in front of the computer filled with 20 years of history. I literally had to point out items to him on the computer screen.
