John was super unprofessional and rarely available for questions. He is snarky and rude. Almost impossible can get past Nancy at front desk to get to anyone that will answer actual tax questions. His comments were beyond unprofessional to me . I drew the line when he suggested I need to get a sugar daddy. I am a professional with two businesses. Never is it appropriate to say something like to a woman. I will not go back next year.
John did my business and personal accounting for many many years and is thorough and very professional. I recommend anyone to John who needs an accounting firm.
John Lewis has been doing my taxes for years for both personal and small business taxes. He and his staff are very professional and always happy to help with any questions I may have about specific current tax issues or in planning that may have tax implications. I very much appreciate the work he has done for me over the years and the comfort that I have in knowing that he and his staff are extremely competent and honest professionals.

In addition to that, they're just very nice people and great members of the Georgetown community. My husband and I recently had a pretty complicated tax question for the current year, and John patiently walked us through it and then helped with suggestions for what to do next year as well. If you're looking for a great CPA, I can't recommend John and his team highly enough!
