Dr. Croom has been helping my wife and helping manage her condition. He's been absolutely fantastic even before we met him for our initial visit. He worked my wife into his busy schedule on fairly short notice and spent a ton of time with us going over my wife's symptoms, concerns, and answering our questions. We've since had a number of check-ins with Dr. Croom directly via in office visits and telehealth visits as well as a visit with his nurse practicioner. Dr. Croom and his staff are excellent health care providers. My experience with them and their willingness to be of assistance is indescribable. That, in and of itself is rare as it relates to customer service these days. I truly appreciate all that you do for your patients and their families.
My wife has been a patient for over 7 years. Dr. Croom always takes the time, whatever time is needed. In today's world, that is very rare. Just the best!
After a long line of Drs for a strange episode, Dr Croom laid it all out, answered all my questions and did a thorough exam. I'm not "better" but definitely informed and referred to a Dr that can possibly fix this with Dr Crooms advice. All three Dr's working together have definitely eased my mind and given me hope. I was impressed with his no nonsense demeanor and his accurate answers.
