Kind, and compassionate team!
Went to the John st s walk in today, not realizing the pharmacy would be closing before I got in for my appt. It was clear I was going to need antibiotics but few to no places would be open on a Saturday after 3pm within walking distance. Yousef the admin had asked the ladies Natalie and Muriel at the IDA drugstore if they could stay open until my appt was done and they obliged. Excellent service - staff are welcoming, friendly and very fast/efficient. Absolutely wonderful experience every time I visit this pharmacy/clinic. Could not be more pleased with my care here! We travel from out of town daily to come here because the environment created by staff is like nowhere else, they go above and beyond every single day.
This has been my pharmacy since 2015. The owners are young and the most caring and knowledgeable pharmacists. They always go out of their way to get your medication on time or help get the payment covered . Honestly I could not afford all my medication if it wasn't for these caring people. The pharmacy techs are just as friendly and helpful. Katey knows every patient by name and makes everyone in my family feel important
