I do not the know the name of the technician. I assume it's John by himself. He was unfriendly and was absolutely non courteous to work with as he did not introduce or even gave a base guidelines., but he did a good job of covering the small gap that my garage door had and I got the job done asap on the same day. I did not approve the second job for the estimate due to the non courtesy or unfriendly approach.
