The plumber charged me $95 for a job estimate, a fee which the company did not communicate upfront. It’s just that, no one informed me of this policy/fee prior to booking the appointment. Billy’s opinion and price quote for the pipe repair was $3500 and for the toilet repair, a choice of $475 or $975. Also, the 95 dollars could only be credited towards the larger pipe job. However, they did reduce the $125 estimate fee to $95 since there was no advance notice. Thank you.

Needed an emergency hot water heater replacement. John sent his man Biil to do the replacement. Bill was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. He did a very excellent job and I am very pleased with his work. It was very professional, neat and good work area clean up. He also replaced the pressure valve for my expansion tank. Also very well done! I would recommend John and his crew to e veryone. Thanks to John and especially Bill. 🖖👍🏻
