I have been seeing Dr.Deforest for many years and have been very happy with his care. But I knew what kind of doctor he was because I watched him as a patient care tech at St.James hospital in Chicago Heights.
Slow... Very slow. Didn't see a nurse practitioner until almost 45 minutes after the appointed time... What is the point of getting an early morning appointment if I still have to wait? Don't take appointments if you can't keep them maybe? Maybe take less appointments? I would understand if it was an evening appointment. Things happen. Delays occur through the day. But a 10am, earliest possible appointment, for a patient who's been here before should not be a 45 minute wait! Last doctor was in and out in less time than this ... read more
