I've been using these folks for years now. I've purchased multiple pieces of equipment from them, including a full size tractor and multiple various mowers (lawn tractor too). They've always been extremely easy to deal with, and their service department is top notch. I especially like their option to pick up and deliver my mower or tractor when being serviced, because it's much easier to pay them a small fee than me trying to haul it all they way there and back. Parts are very expensive and hard to find it.
Very friendly meet you at the door. These folks have that old-school customer service that seems to be lost these days! I wish they sold cars, lol. Service was fantastic, and they even repaired a piece rather than charging me for a high-priced replacement.
