Tried ordering parts through their online site for the first time. Site said we would receive it 1-5 business days with free shipping. We are at 8 business days with no parts. The parts were shipped out from the local dealer after 7 days who then used a bottom of barrel courier (loomis) who also missed their next day delivery date. In comparison, we order parts online regularly from AGCO and they almost always ship the next day.
